24VDC cleaning system

The utility model adopts a 24VDC controlled ultraviolet lamp automatic cleaning system, which is applied to water treatment. The system includes a scraping mechanism, a fixing frame and an electric control unit, the scraping mechanism also includes a piston, a driving rod, a connecting rod and a scrubbing device, and the electric control unit also includes a reversing control switch.

When the system is running for the first time, the current will increase after encountering resistance, and the cleaning machine will automatically run in the opposite direction. The length of this running time will be recorded until it disappears automatically after the power supply is stopped, and the time of the round-trip cleaning movement will use the recorded time to control the stroke. There is no need to manually set the cleaning running time, which reduces the number of peripheral devices of the equipment, reduces the process of the control circuit, shortens the installation time and process, and effectively solves the disadvantages of the existing control method (because the two ends of the cleaning rack are easily damaged after being under pressure for a long time), and improves the working reliability of the cleaning system.
