The main components of the UV lamp module include: UV lamp, quartz sleeve, online automatic mechanical cleaning structure, power supply assembly, and sealed connection assembly. The entire module bracket is made of stainless steel; the lamp tube is parallel to the direction of the water flow; the module bracket design can prevent ultraviolet radiation from outside the open channel in the event of an accident; each module can be lifted separately when replacing the lamp tube or quartz sleeve.

4. Automatic cleaning system The cleaning rack is driven by the cylinder to scrub the glass tube. The entire operating system adopts PLC
control to automatically control the start, stop and cleaning time interval of each module cleaning.
