The UV light source emits powerful UV light at a center wavelength of 254nm. Do not expose yourself to UV rays. Never look directly the UV source with unprotected eyes. UV rays can cause eye and skin damage, eyes inflammation, vision problems and early skin aging or cancer. It can also cause allergies or allergic reactions in the eyes and/or skin. Never try to stare at the light source. When the light source shines, it is mandatory to wear appropriate protective equipment. Protective equipment includes, for example, safety glasses or full face protection for the eyes, rubber gloves for the hands and long-sleeved clothing.

The clear tube that protects a UV lamp is called a "UV sleeve" and is generally made of quartz. The UV quartz sleeve is an essential part of any UV water filtration system. The protection sleeve can gradually become coated with mineral deposits and other contaminants, but its job is to be a barrier between the UV lamp and the water flowing past. Auto regularly cleaning the UV quartz sleeve of your UV water purifier is important because contaminant buildup on the sleeve can hinder UV transmission and reduce overall UV light effectiveness.

Our 24VDC electronic control computing unit is an electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU is organized and interconnected with the 24VDC motor and timer control ECU. This unit can control our automatic cleaning system. 24VDC will be supplied to the electric motor through this unit. It also controls the reverse rotation of the electric motor. During the initial cleaning operation, the current increases due to resistance, and the cleaning machine will automatically run in the opposite direction. The length of this operation will be recorded until it is automatically lost after the power is stopped. The time of the round-trip cleaning movement will use the recorded time to control the stroke.
